What should I do if there is an incorrect item or an item missing from my order?

Please contact our friendly Customer Care Team. We will be happy to send you the correct item or the one that is missing. In the case of an incorrect item being sent, please return it to us and we will refund you the postage costs.

The item that I ordered is faulty. What should I do?

Please contact our Customer Care Team. We will exchange the garment for you if we still have it in stock or we will provide you a full refund for the faulty item. 

The item that I want is sold out. Will it come back?

We produce our collections in small quantities in an effort to stop the culture of overproduction. So, when it’s gone – it’s gone! However, you can contact us by email with any  enquiries and we will do our best to assist you.

I am having problems accessing or buying from your website. What should I do?

Delivery

When can I expect the delivery of my order?

Delivery will be within 3-5 working days.

Is it possible to change my delivery address?

You can contact our Customer Care Team and change the details of your delivery address. Please do it in the shortest time possible after you’ve placed your order to ensure it can be changed before the order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to the UK, Europe and Worldwide. Please note, different shipping times and rates may apply if orders are from outside the u.k. feel free to send any enquiries to ‘ [email protected]

Do you charge for delivery?

standard delivery is free of charge for u.k orders of value £50 and above.please select ‘free delivery’ at checkout! for orders under £50, standard delivery is available for £3.99 for u.k orders.

Returns

How can I return an item to Ronin?

You can return all items to receive a refund, exchange or credit – if you do so within 14 days from the date of delivery. All return items must be sent with a completed return form. 

Do you charge for returns?

The customer is liable to pay the cost for the returns unless the wrong item is delivered or the product is faulty.

When can I expect my refund?

Refunds will be made within 7 days after receiving your return. The refund will be transferred to the credit card or PayPal account which you used to make payment when ordering. You will get a notification email that advises we have issued the refund.

Can I return an on-sale item?

Yes, you can return an item bought at sale price. You can request an exchange, credit or refund to the value that you paid.
